Are Dell Warrantys transferable?

Yes, Dell warranties are transferable.

Edit: I may have spoken too soon. On Dell's site, it looks like only warranties for systems are transferable. But since one doesn't really have to register a monitor, I can't imagine they would need anything more than the serial number, which would prove dare of manufacture and therefore warranty.
