Are DDR1 prices still going up?

I'd like to add ram to my HTPC but if prices are going to dip again, I can definitley hold off...

I'll probably get this since I can grab a PSU too and save on shipping.

it seems so. i need another half a gig since i just lose one stick today. i remember when prices were more like $35. i do hope they'll lower prices.

I'm glad I have my 2 gigs. By the time I need more, I'm sure I'll have to get DDR2.

DDR1 is being phased out, so it's unlikely prices will drop much/at all.

Ram is dumb, the prices go up and down so quickly. A couple months ago I bought 2 gigs for my laptop and it was $150. A couple weeks ago I bought 2 gigs for my desktop and it was $200. Typically laptop ram is waaayyyy more expensive than desktop ram, and yet the price got trumped by $50 :p

ddr1 and ddr2 prices have shot up a lot in the past month or two. partially in thanks to all those lawsuits. :(
