I have a friend moving out of the states here in a few days and his plan is to never return. He isn't American, so once he returns to his home country, he plans on staying put. Anyways, he has a few bills (including a lease, speeding ticket, and various others) that he is just not going to pay and assume they will transfer to collections and he will be untouched. When other country's run credit scores, do they reference US creditors? Just curious.
edit: since social security numbers are unique to the country, could they even reference on another?
