I think the general opinion is "they'll do", that is to say if you are not overclocking or wanting exceptional cooling then a CM fan will get the job done.

Well they are AMD approved 1.33GHz for the 6i51 and 6i11 models. VERY CHEAP. Does the job. Heatsink is HUGE. Fan is slow but quiet. Clip is abit strong though.

IMO...they suck...I replaced my coolermaster with a fop38 and my cpu became 6 degree Celsius cooler. I think you should get something else. just my .02

But the reason why the FOP38 kicked the CM is because of the Delta FAN. If you use the same FOP with a CM stock fan, the FOP will suck more than the CM does. If you use a CM + Delta, basically I think it is at LEAST as good as a WBK38.
