Are cookies good or bad?

So. I was just thinking. If someone makes a point on the forum and you give them a cookie, is this good or bad?

I know when I want to mess with someone who tried to make a point i will say "Do you want a cookie?" So I know it can be bad.

But the fact remains that cookies taste good. How can cookies be bad!? If I was really given cookies for saying smart ass things, I would do it all the time.

Anyhow, so yeah how do you know if it is good or bad? Are cookies given in a thread ever meant to be good?

I'd say in general it's just a "Whatever" or "Who Cares?" response in a more sarcastic fashion.
As in, "What, you think you should be rewarded for whatever tripe you just posted?"

I think cookies are more of a true Neutral/Neutral. Angel food cake would be Lawful Good while Devils Food would be Chaotic Evil.
