I just ordered a Logitech G9x mouse from newegg, however this Amazon review of the same item has me a bit worried:

Last batches of this mouse are refurbished sold as new, April 27, 2013
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Logitech G9X Programmable Laser Gaming Mouse with Precision Grips (Personal Computers)
When my Logitech G9 laser mouse, used for several years, began to fail, I immediately went to its direct successor to replace it. At that point, however, Logitech had begun to phase the mouse out of it's line-up. After buying and returning the mouse from different locations, it became apparent that nearly all the G9x mice out there are refurbished mice being sold as new.
Each and every one I tried had a different problem with it: broken left click, broken scroll wheel, and even a loose screw rattling inside that eventually fell out. But they all had the same scratches and abrasions on the bottom--a sign of prior use--right out of the box. On the last one I tried, the actual mouse plastic had faded as if left in the sun for a long time. It then became obvious that Logitech was putting old mice into boxes, just with a new set of grips.
In conclusion, don't buy this mouse unless you can open it beforehand and confirm it is actually new. My experience eliminated any trust I had of the Logitech brand.
Any insight on this? :\
