Are Comcast's peering links getting raped?

For the last two days, seems like every page I go to it takes forever to load, including the AT forums. I thought at first maybe the DNS server was getting pounded, but statically configuring the DNS servers have no effect.

Any other Comcast user's experiencing the same thing?
