Are Canadian XBoxes the same as US XBoxes?

I was just seeing that I could potentially find a canadian friend here to ship me a Crystal XBox, but what I want to know are just a few things:

1. All region coding should work fine on all games and movies UN Modded, right?

2. I should be able to use XBox Live without issue, right?

These are my two issues. I do NOT intend to MOD the Crystal XBox but keep it all original.

Any help or advice would be appreciated!

yeah, that's the impression I have as well. I just wanted to be darn sure that they didn't make the hardware somehow just a smidge different 😉
