Are camel fur pillows better for allergies?

Somebody told me that getting a camel fur pillow reduces the number of mites in the pillow, and lessens allergic reactions while sleeping. Is this true? I can't find anything on google.

I've heard good things about camel ass pillows but I've never tried one.
