Are BNC connections (for monitor) superior to d-sub (15-pin)?

Hey guys I have a monitor that has both inputs and want to know which one is the best. Thanks in advance

In theory BNC will give better quality at very high resolutions,some people can see the difference while others don`t.I would use BNC if you have it but make sure you use high quality BNC cables like from the Belkin range.

I could tell no difference between the two on my old Mitsubishi 2020u.
