Are blue screens always memory/chipset related?

Power supply, drivers, memory are the three biggest. I have never seen a CPU do it.
 
When my HDD started going out, I was getting BSODS pretty frequently.

Unfortunately, I didn't realize the true reason until the HDD actually wouldn't start up anymore.
