I guess not any more value than any other hotly debated topic on this forum.

I mean after all there are many on here that you won't convince that abortion isn't some sort of real murderous infanticide. Nor will you convince others that women should have the right to birth control and that their employers should provide coverage for it.

Your not going to convince some people on this board that President Obama has actually done some really good things for this country either. I mean why bother debating on these subjects? Your not going to convince those who you disagree with anymore than they are going to convince you right? So why would you bother posting on any of those thread topics? I think the question is asinine because its just an ignorant question designed to incite and cause either a defensive or accusatory answer, when simply put more reasonably "is any race naturally more violent than another?" it could be an interesting question that leads to interesting discussion.


Anyway: the first title isn't race-baiting, its simply pointing out a result of some research that people may not like to confront, let alone ponder why that may be a fact. That's not race-baiting.

The 2nd is someone's headline based on something the person was never actually quoted as saying. I did point that out in that thread.

The other two... big deal. Racist Friends? So? And asking a question if something is racist? So what?

Anyway, even this thread is no big deal, just like I said, an inflammatory way to ask an otherwise interesting question.

In the USA right now today, a white guy walking through a ghetto will have a higher chance of getting robbed/beatup/killed than a black guy walking through a white trailor park. So I would say yes in the USA atleast. There are certain cities that are only a slight blip more peaceful than Mogadishu Somalia in the USA, Detroit comes to mind [90% black majority there] and parts of Chicago, Flint MI, New Orleans, and LA come to mind and those somalia'esque areas are also black majority.

On the other hand Asian people are the least likely to be violent statistics wise and Asians also as a group are the highest earners in this country, so I guess the answer is to allow more Asians to immigrate here. It will mitigate the issue a small amount I guess..

Oh my apologies, it's late, I am trying to get work finished and dead tired. So I misinterpreted your post and yes thought it was a direct swing at me.

Yes the debate title is inflammatory so I agree. But I read through a lot of the responses on that debate, and sometimes it is just disheartening as hell to see so many people with so much ignorance. Like for example citing statistics on how many people of color are incarcerated as compared to those who are white and saying that somehow this proves they are more violent. In fact what they completely miss is that there is a disproportionate amount of minorities being incarcerated as compared to whites, and 75-80% of the incarcerations are for non violent crimes. But I did like some of the debaters who countered very well. It is a good read in my opinion.

Well I can personally say that since my brother lives in a trailer park in a very low end neighborhood this is not true at all. I have to help take care of him, and I have seen him be harassed, stolen from and even beat up where he lives. They are all rednecks .. white rednecks.

Rednecks are a stepup from Ghetto trash. For every white redneck you see there are 10 shanaynay's out there teaching her kids how to abuse the welfare system and not work, deal drugs, steal, and then blame whitey when they realize their life sucks. Rednecks are almost as bad though, but redneck culture is looked down upon...Ghetto/Rap culture/hiphop culture is idealized in the black community [and other communities more and more], due to that its almost impossible to criticize it, even Bill Cosby is reviled by his fellow black people when he criticizes ghetto culture.

I'm back from watching big boobs a bouncing. Section 8 does not pay for trailers, only apartments and houses. Most trailer parks are, in fact, filled with white rednecks. A beat up old Dodge pickem up truck with an Obama sticker is common fare. They are also tweaker central. Skinny white women, with bad complexions, who go downtown and have sex with black men for crack.

Why am I posting this? Because I am tired of seeing so many on this board portraying people of color as being the most violent and the most ignorant. My opinion ignorance and violence spans all races and cultures.

I believe that our laws and the penal system are currently set up to be harsher toward people of color. The old Jim Crowe type laws really never went away, they just came back under the guise of the "drug war". It has already been shown that whites and people of color can commit the exact same crime but in almost every case with a person of color they are given much harsher sentencing and longer sentences.

Blacks aren't naturally violent. Impoverished people are naturally violent. Boys who grow up without fathers have a statistical tendency to violence.

Blacks are more prone to violence owing to their general condition, not to their race.

Western people are constantly inventing newer, better and more destructive ways of killing their fellow human beings. They have mastered violence and destruction, yet they believe they are somehow above it. They believe they are a step above everyone else in terms of "compassion" and other BS, but they have caused probably the most destruction in the world for the past 600 or so years.

As for Muslims or Christians, I would say they are about the same. They talk a good game but they are responsible for more deaths than probably any other group.
