Are any of these good picks for an i7-4790K gaming MB?

I have no plans to OC, though can't say 100%.

Not sure on features needed etc. Planning one video card. Not a small case.

Could be 1080P or 1440P. Nothing too fancy. Any important factors for the higher price boards?

You can't fit the 4790K in two of these Motherboards. Check again.

What's the point in getting a K if you plan on not overclocking. You should be looking for a z97 1150 motherboard. z170 is for the newer skylake 1151. X99 is for the 5930k etc.

There was a good deal on a K. So I guess this one is overkill:
