Are any HostPC customers having problems?

For some reason their main webpage doesn't show and it won't accept my credentials to log into my account.

Is anyone else experiencing similiar issue?

Thanks!

Oh, I figured it out. They changed the servers without alerting me so now the new DNS needs to propogate. :|

Edit: Nevermind, it turns out that the server that my sites were hosted on was compromised. And responsibly HostPC shut the server off, fixed the infection point on their other servers, and migrated to a new server. Good job you guys. 🙂

I'm sure they didn't move you without contacting you -- make sure your contact email address with them is good. And make sure it's an off-site address! And when you have a problem, try THEIR forum first -- you'll get a better answer there than you will here.

QF-absolute-T. Another satisfied HostPC customer here for 3+ years. OP, I know you were concerned for your site, but posts like this (i.e. on an unrelated forum) usually yield less useful info and more speculation/rumors which can hurt reputations. Their forum is the place to start. Even better, open a trouble ticket at their helpdesk--in my experience they usually take it upon themselves to respond within 4hrs, a self-imposed SLA that many major hosts don't strive to meet at all.

I wasn't notified of the problems... the only way I knew my site was down was because my avatar wasn't working on another forum.

Anyway, they put up a message on the index page of all the affected domains telling you what to do.
