Are all wheels (castors) on bed frames standard?

I lost a wheel for my bed frame, where can I get one?

As soon as you get a new one, you'll find the old one.
They are standard but there are two, maybe three different ones. Some are more robust than others.

Just bring one of the old ones into your local hardware store. All of the big ones sell 'em.

at worst there are ones that use a bracket.
