Are All Webcams Manual Focusing???

I'm considering purchasing the Kodak DVC325 Webcam for $37 as posted in the Hot Deals section. However, I noticed that it has a manual focus. Are all webcams like this? That seems kind of annoying, but maybe that's the norm.
