Are all the Retail box CPU comes with heatsink & Fan?

Yes, comes with Heatsink and Fan. I think the AMD one's come with Taisol fans? Also the retail box has 3 year warranty.

i dont think the retail fans suck

they arent the best choice if you plan to overclock.. they actually work very well if you run at stock speeds
