Are all the pentium 4's with 512KB cache Northwoods?

Or did they make a williamette with 512?
I am trying to figure out if my local comp shop sells Northwoods
 
All Northwood processors have 512KB of L2 cache.

All Willamettes had 256KB of L2 cache.
