Are all of these compatible?

Hello, this is my first time building a computer and just started researching it recently. I need to know if all the components below are compatible with eachother and any advice I might need like if the CPU, RAM, graphic card, etc. are all worth it (just an example). I'm on a budget to have all parts come out to about 800 dollars (900 MAX). I'll be running on windows vista ultimate 64-bit OS and possibly windows 7 professional later on. I don't know if I want to overclock, and I'll be using this primarily for gaming and I like to do some pretty heavy multitasking. Sorry for the wall of text LOL.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I probably really need it because I'm a newbie at this stuff. Thanks in advance!

they appear to be all compatible.. but with that graphics card, you may be pushing the limit of that power supply....

The 775 socket is somewhat dated now, so you may want consider other cpu/board options like either an Intel 1155 socket based setup using the 2500/2500k processor , or an AMD AM3 based setup with an x4 processor....
