their service sucks, and their cost is outrageous. My cable bill is $157 a month for less then I got with Charter for $105.

The only thing that is better is the download speeds are 6mb instead of 3mb.

For me their service has like a 99% up-time, is only $42/month, and I easily get 9+ Mb/s for their 6 meg service. Ever consider it's just you or your area?
