are all c2d stock hsf's the same?

i would assume so. My stock X3220 sink looks like my Stock E6600 sink which looked like my DAD's old P4-D 805


 
Well if you're running a low clocked stock chip with good case airflow in an airconditioned environment then it will do ok otherwise it sucks.
