Are all AMD 4200+ dual core?

Yeah all 4200+s should be dual core. Ask you friend to check the processor, there should be an 'X2' on it..

If they did, they haven't put it into their processor charts yet: link. Although, they did mess with the cache of the AM2 4000's; they have half the L2, and run at 200 Mhz faster stock frequency. Also, no e-tailers are carrying a single core 4200. That tells me that it doesn't exist.
