KV3C are A, UV3C are B. XP2400 are all B.
Both are useless anyway since they come locked so the only way to achieve higher memory bandwidth (i.e. to get high FSB) is to unlock them yourself. XP2100 is cheaper and it is easy to find B one (newegg) and they are unlocked.

I thought that all 2200s were UV3C. The "U" meaning that they're all 1.6v default core.

But, to answer the original question, there are A and B for the Tbred 2200. I have no idea how to tell them apart though. Unless it is as Stevejst posted, and those with the K, or 1.65v, are As and 1.6v U are the Bs.

U - 1.6V
K - 1.65V
You can find this on overclockers.com.
I am not exactly sure about unlocking B 2200 but I know you cannot unlock 2400 since I have one of these running 145 FSB on my MSI N-Force2 motherboard. It makes memory bandwidth suck, really.
This is one of those stupid AMD marketing things, you have a whole set of XP processors from 1.6 GHz to 1.8 GHz, 1900, 2000, 2100, 2200, all sorts of cores and voltages, and yet the prices are all about $60. No wonder they cannot make money.
