OK
I got my 6800XT today - but my system won't boot. Only booted once when I disconnected the power supply for the CD drive. So I know the card works (though I won't buy from eclipse-computers.com again, I know for sure. Don't go there, anyone).
So I find I have a '350 watt' q-tec power supply. Very quiet but it's a q-tec which I learn is rubbish.
I'm thinking of buying this supply here:
http://www.chillblast.com/prod...cat=162&source=froogle
but I don't want to get burned.
Does anyone have any good reasons why this would be a poor deal? I'm rather sensitive to being cheated at the moment, because I've just read awful reviews of the badly run online store I got my card from.
Akasa 460W PSU for £64 pounds (US$120) - hot or not?
