Yes. They're just a convection oven with a more intense fan that makes food crisp up.I bought a cheap $90 one off amazon and it's awesome. It really shines with fatty white meats like chicken wings and pork chops. They crisp up with the fat from the meat as it renders.

I'm curious but I can't stand having a gadget for everything anymore... One stainless steel sauce pan and maybe one cast iron is my goal. Fuq the clutter.
