Are AG Neovo monitors any good?

I don't have the money for tier 1 brands like Samsung or Dell, so I'm looking at tier 2, like BenQ or AG Neovo.

Anyway, This one has all the right specs, but the price seems too low. All the other monitors at ~$400 have much crappier specs (like this 23ms Acer)

Specs look hauntingly similar to the Hyundai L90D+. Maybe the same panel? It goes for $350 in the US

I really thiink you should wait for the next round of dell deals and btw ribbon you got any pics of your rig, that thing is a monster

Just picked some up at work. Not bad at all for the price.

Dell is just another brand that slaps their label on panels made by companies such as BenQ, AU Optronics, Samsung and Hitachi. Chances are, you won't notice a difference in quality among any panel from the same manufacturer except for maybe the brightness of the backlight.

I had an E-19 and it was the best LCD monitor I've ever used. Incredibly sharp, nice even backlight, color just about perfect. It also looked cool as hell and had a glass cover over the panel - which every LCD monitor should have. Not cheap though. It died after about a year and the store I bought it from didn't carry them anymore - so they ended up replacing it with an NEC that isn't nearly as good.

The F series doesn't have the cover, which is a deal-killer for me. There are probably better monitors out there for the money.
