Question Are A520 AM4 mobos useful for anything? Can they use 5000-series APUs?

They all say Ryzen 3rd-gen and 4000-series APUs. Which, AFAIK, were NEVER officially released to DIY'ers.

These might be ok for a 5600G APU build, but would they work?

Ofr is my best shot at a budget rig these days a $100 ADL Pentium Gold G7400 (already purchased), and then a somewhat-expensive B660 mobo?

Prime 520M-K CPU support list includes most, if not all of the 3 and 5 series - https://www.asus.com/Motherboards-Components/Motherboards/PRIME/PRIME-A520M-K/HelpDesk_CPU/

So does the $55 Gigabyte - https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/A520M-S2H-rev-1x/support#support-cpu

George who keeps bailing on YT for long periods time did a video with the S2H and 5600x last year -
