are 90nm AMD64 chips stealth launched?

I keep seeing stuff about 90nm 3500+s, and I am wondering, are these all reviewer samples, or when you purchase a 3500+ now, is there a chance of it being one of the new 90nm chips?

If it is the latter, is there any place to buy them where you can specify the 90nm D0 revision to be sure what you are getting?
