Arctic Silver II worth it?

Is this stuff really worth the 15 bucks or so over radio shack goop?
I have a tbird 1.2, 266mhz fsb with a wbk38 on it. I'd like to get some of this stuff but dont want to buy it off the online stores because they charge ~7-10 dollars just to ship it! I've shipped a couple of pounds for that much money.

If any of you would like to sell some i'll buy it, or if you know of a place that sells it cheap. Thanks.

no online ordering though. For a 1.2GHz T-Bird, the Arctic Silver will peform a little bit better, and it won't dry out like the Radio Shack grease does.

When using paypal, can I ship to a different address, than the one I gave paypal... ie. I wanna ship to my friends place, but pay with my paypal account...
