Arctic Silver Epoxy?? or JB Weld??

Hi,

I have a Zerus 240 Overdrive (which is nothing more than an
IDT Winchip 240). It has a Zerus badged HS/F that was directly
attached to the chip, and the previous owner apparently removed
it. I want to reattach it, but I'm just wondering which is
adequate. Unfortunately I don't know the thermal properties of
JB Weld. I remember hearing from another guy somewhere that
he was using JB Weld with good success.

Any opinions are appreciated. BTW, there is a gap between the
Chip & HS/F, because when I hold it up to the light, I can see light
between.

Oh yeah, I also have 1 or 2 pieces of Thermal Transfer tape from
tennmax, if that would be a better solution.
