arctic silver? and copper heatsink

what do i use epoxy,paste on heatsink cpu and should it be used on a copper heatsink? has anyone used a copper heatsink? is it worth it please post cpu temp would a blue orb cooler help keep the mobo emp down for over clocking.thanks all

epoxy is permanent, so steer clear unless it's for vid card cooling or something that needs to be permanent and unmovable...

for cpu, thermal paste (artic silver) and HSF is good, in general, all copper HSF's perform pretty well, but for the price of these units, you can usually get anything on the markte including the 3 top OC choices Alpha PEP, Alpha Pal, and Globalwin FOP38...

The blue orb is mainly for video cooling, and maybe chipset cooling on your mobo, but from experience, if you have the little heatsink on your mobo already, just remove it and apply some thermal paste on it and re-install, this should be all you need to keep your mobo overclockable...
