Arctic Silver 5 that much better than AC3?

I have some AC3 that has been in my fridge for 2 years but am building a new X2 system and will e overclocking it. Should I just use the AC3 I have here or is Arctic Silver 5 that much better where I should order a tube?
 
I put that stuff on my Northwood P4, works just fine. Best thermal paste I've seen, for that matter.

One of the reasons I used it because it only cost five dollars and has a cool name, otherwise I probably would have gotten the rip off stuff from Best Buy.

I mean, read this, doesn't it sound really cool?

I would just use the AS3 since you already have it. AS3 and AS5 are BOTH really good compounds, I doubt you will notie much of any difference.
