Arctic Freezer i11 HS/F, How much to Tighten the Screws ?

I built a new PC for my Nephew last week. I purchased this Arctic i11 to use on His PC but ran into an Install problem. On Install everything is fine but there doesn't seem to be any definite point at how much to Tighten the 4 Long Screws that Screw into the Back Plate.

On Install to Nephews PC I didn't want to install too loosely but what I did then was Tightened it too much which Spun 1 of the 'Nuts' in the Back Plate thus not allowing that Screw to be turned back out.
New Back Plate from Arctic was $2, new bag of Screws $1, they arrived a few days ago.

My Nephews PC is up n running with a different HS/F, but I'd like to install this i11 HS/F on the PC I am now building for myself.

Any opinions or Videos on How much to Tighten the 4 Long Screws that Screw into it's Back Plate ?

i think the arctic brand of cooler are problematic. It is possible to overtighten the screws and crack the cpu.
