Arctic Freezer 7 or Cooler Master hyper 212+ for sandybridge?

i know that the hyper 212+ is much more powerful but sandy bridge also runs much cooler than the previous generation and from the pictures the arctic freezer 7 seems to have much better build quality and it also has 6 years warranty. Taking in all these facts and the fact that i would like to do maximum overclocking on my i5-2500k which one would you guys recommend?
 
Of the two its my understanding that the CM Hyper 212+ is the better performer so that is the one if you want best performance in cooling.
