Hi all, my pc case is in the need of replacing my two old silent fans.
They are no longer silent. It seems the bearings after around 6 years have given up.

I am going to replace them and have my eyes on the ARCTIC F12 TC fans.
I have a temperature sense circuit for my old fans but what i read about these fans would be great. I might retire my current in use temperature sense circuit.
300RPM@32 degrees Celcius to 1350RPM@38 degrees Celcius.

Anybody have experience with these fans ?

I've never used them, but the were recommended in this round up for being quiet and moving a fair amount of air. The Index Gentle Typhoon is a possible choice as well because you don't have to run them at the max RPM, and they move a lot of air.

Edit I missed that was a 3-pin version you linked to, and I believe this round up was PWM (4-pin).
