Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer

I'm thinking about getting the Arctic Cooling "VGA Silencer" for 2 reasons: it's cheaper than most, and is built quieter than the "ATI Silencer 2" from them.

Before I buy this: will it fit on the ATI "brand" 9600XT? AC's site has barely any info on it, and neither does anyone else.
