I have a hot p4 and i need to buy a cheap (~$30) HSF for some overclocking. What do u guys think i should buy? An Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro or Scythe Katana? Which is the better buy? Thanks in advance.
 
At the moment the 7Pro will be my next HSF purchase. For a P4 2.8 that will be OCed.

The 7Pro has 6 heat pipes and a fairly quiet rubber mounted fan.

The Katana has 4 heatpipes and a hard mounted fan.
