Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro CPU Fan $23 FS @ ewiz

just yesterday or the day before this was posted up at 16 bucks plus 8-11 bucks for shipping...this is a taaaad cheaper! good deal!

this is one heck of a cooler. amazingly I got my for only $13 with a cpu/cooler combo special at newegg but now knowing how great it is I would glady pay full price if I ever need a new one.

If you buy a single item, then this is the better deal.
However, if you buy multiple items, the other deal might be better, considering the tax increases the price faster than the shipping.

Anyone know a good, quiet, HSF combo for an Intel Q6600 that would fit in an ATX desktop case? This is for my HTPC, and the freezerpro, scythe, etc. all seem to be too tall for a normal full-height ATX desktop case.

rebate and 7 bucks shipping ftl....

price/performance and noise/performance (assuming u put fans on that mini) comparisons will leave the ACF7 victorious for sure

$3.99 more ......wow, if that's pretty funny if you're taking it that seriously  just trying to point out another good deal is all, no conspiracy here CG.

As I said previously, they are both good deals on good cooling devices. And yes, the Scythe will perform well without a fan in a well ventilated case (the way I plan to use it). Here's a good review for you CG: http://www.silentpcreview.com/article754-page1.html

im sorry, i didn't see where i was taking it so "seriously"

i just did a quick comparo between price/performance/noise...in two short phrases, barely even sentences...

anyways 3.99 more...and rebate

i personally hate rebates...the filling out crap, the stamps, and the waiting

Thanks! Not sure if it will fit in my Antec... (Theres a cross bar where the cpu is)
Looks like it has great reviews~ One on the way.

Oh sure, when I actually need a deal on this (last week), I can't find anything & now that I've commited myself, I'm seeing deals everywhere.

I just bought one of these yesterday from Directron. Price was $21.99. I'm not sure what the shipping would be because I purchased a Motherboard also and the shipping was around $15 for both. Directron also has discount coupons for orders over certain amounts. I used one with the MB & cooler for another $5 off. They also will give another 2 percent off if you have ordered from them recently and can provide the last order number.

Probably no better than the NE deal but another option. I have to pay tax at NE.
