the more i see the x1/x2 installed in the case, the more i want a vf900

Honestly, I would go Zalman VF900 instead of the Accelero. Most likely, the results will be very similar but I'm not putting that behemoth in my computer. VF900 looks cooler anyway.

when will the alpine sell, i want this cooler. it's quiet and stops the vibrations i've been getting. i don't need amazing cooling because my cpu loads at 42C so this is good, cheap and small (relatively). i havn't found it anywhere. i wanted the scythe, but it's expensive without a fan.

firewolfsm: Why not just buy a Freezer 64 Pro? It's the same type of vibration absorber but it has heatpipes and cools better.

undervolt it to 1350 RPM. it'll be silent (literally)

i don't go by reviews for the AC Freezer 64 Pro, I go by the fact that I own one.
