Arctic Cooler Question

Hi All.

I am running a Saphire 9800 Pro (128 MB). The card runs really hot (subjective observation), so I recently purchased and installed the Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer (rev. 3) based on the positive reviews that I have read. I used some Arctic Silver 5 for the thermal compound. I also installed some Vantec copper BGA ramsinks on the memory. After hooking everything up, I was a little disappointed that the cooler was not moving more air across the cooler's heatsink (I do not feel much air coming out the back of the computer). I mean this thing has a big fan on it. So I was looking at the cooler and was wondering if the fan is spinning in the wrong direction. For those of you who have one (or more) of these coolers, if you are looking at the cooler from the top, can you tell me which way your fan spins, clockwise or counterclockwise? Thanks for your help!

P.S. I tried to cut and paste a picture of the cooler in this message, but could figure out how to do it.
