So i'm reading IGN's review of what looks to be a GREAT player. I'm pretty much sold on buying it except for a few questions I thought maybe you guys could answer (if this is the wrong forum for this i'm very sorry. Please direct me to the right one)

-ID3 support? Up to what version does the player support?

-Playlists: The review says you can create your own using the player's controls. What i'm wondering is if you can make playlists on your computer using bundled software or something and upload them to the player. The same question goes for creating directories. Can I plug the player into my computer and open an Explorer type window to create directories on the player's HDD using windows instead of the player's LCD interface?

finally, the buttons and overall construction: Are the buttons really shoddily (sp?) made or is the reviewer just nitpicking?

This thing is pretty ugly 😀

And filling up a 6GB hard drive using a USB connection is gonna take a loooooong time 🙂

well, i dont really care what it looks like because most of the time it'll be in my backpack/pocket/glovebox so that's a moot point. You're right about the USB thing though. Luckily, i don't have 6gb of MP3's readily available so filling the player will be gradual.
