Archived all messages - can't retrieve - HELP!

Hope someone can help.

I am saving all the needed stuff off of C: onto D: (2 hard drives) to format & reload XP Pro on C:.

I know that I did not do it exactly right, as I moved the identities having all my e-mail messages to a folder on D:. They are all there whem I open Explorer and check.

Now I have Outlook Express loaded on the XP side, and go to import from that folder on D: - and it does not show but the four main folders, not the extra folders I made to store archived mail.

Like I said, they are there - the OLE 6.0 just does not see it. Any help here ...please ???

Yes - I can. Just looked again to make sure. There are 27.dbx files in one of the identity folders.

Now that is on D: drive. When I open Outlook Express on C:, and do an import - go to that file on D: - there are only

I just looked and all the files are there, and they are now imported. Crazy !! I know what I saw yesterday.

Well, thats that. I guess it is one of those mysteries. I am just glad it worked.
