Archers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

btw- i 've only practiced w/recurved (olympic?) bows.

why is a compound bow cheating?

British longbowmen with +1 thumb rings FTW

It depends what you like to get from using the bow.
Personally I find the compound bow "too easy"

I mainly stick to recurve(olympic) for competitions, but I like the traditional shortbow the best.
Allthough I must admit using a traditional longbow for some cloud-shooting (160 meters) comes a close 2nd.

I use to own a compound bow. After you get the hang of it, its pretty fun. My only rant was that I used these carbon fiber (i think?) arrows and I was still new so I would always lose them and have to buy more. But in my own defense I lost them because they would dig into the ground and not because I tried sending them to the moon

compound if you are technical

but if you want to stay classic, hit up the original longbow

personally I'd go with compound, they look cooler to me
