ARC Flashlights went under!!!

I've gotten half way through the thread, and still haven't really figured out what happened.

Does anybody know? Did Mag really have something to do with it? Fsckers. :| I'd never support Mag again if that's true.
 
any real idea what happened? *scratches head* i guess they wern't making money?

Did it have something to do with them writing their names or something along the rims of the flashlight?

I have no idea, nothing is really made clear in the thread. Peter probably can't really talk about it since it's all legal stuff.

I don't know if they got sued and lost, or if they just found themselves in the hole and the creditors took all their assets.

But that would seriously piss me off if any bigass corporation had anything to do with their demise.
