Arby's Reuben Sandwich

This Reuben ROCKS!!!!

OMG!

The corned beef is juicy.

The cheese is sharp.

The bread is soft.

The kraut is crunchy.

And there's something about the thousand island dressing they use. It's not that weird sweet stuff that you usually find. It's actually a bit spicy.

GOOD STUFF!

 

Really? I was thinking of trying it out.
I'm very critical of reubens.

I saw the turkey option, but haven't tried it yet because it's not true to Reuben form.. but then again, neither is the dressing they use.

I might try it tomorrow.

Hey Jonny, you ever had a grouper reuben? I had one at a bar in Key West years ago, man was it good. I make em with whatever filets I have around sometimes.

My wife is a huge Reuben fan and says this is one of the best ones she's ever had. She really likes it because it's ironically not that greasy for a fast food sammich.

I think if they wanted $10 for a sandwich and you really liked it, you'd FIND a way to go get one.

We were standing around work and I guy comes into the office and says, "I'm going to McD's. Want anything?"

We start thinking.... Hmm... Two dollars for a grease patty and another buck and a half for strings of salted grease and we'll regret it two hours later, or..... $5 for a GOOD Arby's sandwich.

We decided on Arby's. The guy that made the run opted for McDonalds. He's young. He's only 21. Some day he'll learn.

Strangely enough, the reuben is actually lower calorie, lower fat, and lower cholersterol than most of the Market Fresh sandwhiches.

No. They make them right there.

I like their kraut. The flavor isn't too strong. But if you hate kraut, which I can understand, then by all means get it without.

Yep, I grabbed a Reuben along with a Market Fresh Turkey, Ranch, & Bacon... so good... I love Arby's.

No, it's supposed to have russian dressing (which sometimes, rarely now, has horseradish in it) or deli mustard. Russian dressing at most places now is just thousand island.
