Arbonne - any stories

Hi Folks,

I have a friend who is a stay-at-home mother and wants to buy in to Arbonne (sort of like Avon.) Lots of slick marketing but I wanted to see if anyone had any horror stories before I gave her my opinion.

Thanks!

i have done lots of research on arbonne and I am 22 male, and have decided to try it as a side thing. A friend of the family has been doing it and is doing very well. Personally I like the products and use the mens face kit. It all depends on your upline, the lady I am friends with really set me up good with a binder full of information, samples and so. She even delivers sample kits to people I know an dhas this sign up under me, since in the long wrong it helps her out.

BTW lots of ppl hate MLM(Multi level marketing, but if you are will to put forth effort and really do enjoy the product you are selling it will work out.) Also I was very hesistate about signing up intil I found my mom has been using and absolutely loves it, and she has been paying retail for it which sucks, but I am now taking care of that for her. Feel free to pm me

Personally, I absolutely hat MLM.

That said, we were given some of their baby products for our daughter who has bad eczema. The topical steroids the doctor prescribed just weren't doing the job, but the normal moisturizers seem to be helping out (body oil and body lotion, not specifically for the eczema). I really don't like some of the marketing materials they use (they would have you believe that you're rapidly killing yourself using normal OTC products....), but the products do seem good.
