The deal is to get in American Monitors, no troops and Arafat gives up 6 men he has in his compound that assinated an Israeli official.

Israel in return will allow Arafat to travel and pull out of Ramallah.

It's a start . Hopefully they try to work together. Heaven knows there has been enough killing on both sides, and it really doesn's solve anything. Each death just pushes peace a reconciliation further away.
