"Out of the 250,000 Palestinians living in East Jerusalem, the UN says, 60,000 are at risk of having their homes demolished by the Israeli authorities"

Jeru'salaam - The land of peace. lol The UN witnesses the collective punishment against an entire people and does nothing about it.

UN = irrelevant.

According to a UN report earlier this year, Palestinians wanting to build a home can seek permission to do so only in a small area that comprises about 13% of East Jerusalem and is already densely populated.

Since when Israel (so as the US) listen to the UN?

They only use the UN when it serve their purpose, other wise the UN purely is an organization that is being use to impose Western policies over third world countries.

On the related note. Israel is pulling a British law that was use to suppressed the Jews terrorists 65 years ago which the Jews didn't abide by. However, the law is now good enough of a law for Israel to impose it on the PA terrarists.

Israel orders Jerusalem activist expelled

The Israeli military is making use of an emergency regulation enacted by the British Mandate in 1945 to order Gheith’s expulsion. The use of the 65-year-old order follows a wave of protests against government-backed plans to demolish at least 22 Palestinian homes to make way for an Israeli-sponsored tourism park.

Why the hell would Israel respect the UN when they don't even respect their own staunch allies.

Report: Mossad chief to apologize for use of forged passports

The new chief of Israel's secret intelligence service is said to be preparing to apologize for the agency's suspected use of forged British passports in an operation that led to the assassination of a founding member of Hamas' military wing in January, according to a report in the UK newspaper the Telegraph.

All men are created equal under the name of YHWH as long as Israelis & American Jews are more equal than others.

PS. According to the Israelis or American Jews, disagreeing with them is equate to anti-semitism.
Israel won't attend racism conference fete

JERUSALEM -- Israel says it won't participate in the 10th anniversary commemoration of a U.N. conference on racism that singled out Israel for criticism and likened Zionism to racism.

Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman Yigal Palmor said the conference had "anti-Semitic undertones and displays of hatred for Israel and the Jewish world."

The U.S. and Israel walked out of the 2001 World Conference Against Racism in the South African city of Durban over a draft resolution that criticized Israel and Zionism.

The U.N. General Assembly voted Friday to commemorate the event's 10th anniversary during its annual ministerial meeting on Sept. 21.

Many African and Muslim countries have sought a commemoration, saying racism and religious intolerance remain prevalent.

Um, these are squatters camps. Shacks and tents built on land the squatters clearly don't own.

If I build a squatter camp in your backyard, will the UN protect me from you evicting me?

How is it possibly illegal if the Israelis own the land?
Yup!

It must be that Israelis/Jews own all of the land in the disputed territories. Bulldoze down the PA homes/farms to make way for new settlements, roads, and walls are perfectly legal because the Palestinians rights are the untermenschen to the master race Zionists.

The Israeli government has been using zoning laws to discriminate against Arabs and Palestinians in East Jerusalem and the West Bank for decades.

Its kinda dubious since no nation on earth recognizes the Israeli right to own or govern either East Jerusalem or the West Bank. But 500,000 illegal Israeli settlers and counting so far with no end in sight.

Nor will Israel pledge to any settlement freeze.

Isreal never annexed the West Bank or Gaza.

Actually lets look at this.....
isarael did not have to annex anything....
The people who owned the land were free to sell the land to individual Jews.

I see nowhere were the issue has anything to do with the nation of Israel per say...

Those Jews can tear down and build any structure they like as long as the land is theirs!

YES-- they do have papers stating it is their land - bought and paid for!!

Are you talking about all the illegal settlements and outposts?

Of course Israel has never annexed the West Bank and Gaza. How can Israel annex anything when years ago, I already claimed all of Israel, the West Bank, Gaza, East Jerusalem, the moon, and all the stars too.

What what, you do not recognize my valid claims, well guess what, no nation on earth recognizes the validity of any Israel claims to Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem either.

You've made it clear your intent is not to start discussion but to "balance things out" and piss people off.
