Before I even start, I know my video card is pulling me down and its the next thing to be upgraded, but I just wanted to see if these results were in line as far as my CPU goes.

I have a 939 pin Athlon 64 3500. No overclocking for the test. 1 gb system memory running at 333, and a Radeon 9800 SE for video card. I can overclock the video quite a bit, but ran the test at stock. I'll go back and try it overclocked.

Aquamark shows GPU 2,787 CPU 8,361 and overall 23,902

So is this CPU score comparible to what it should be?

Thanks!

Edit: Overclocking the video gives me GPU 3,480 CPU 8,264 overall 28,759

Well you severely crippled your system in 2 ways.

#1. You are using DDR333... Why what were you thinking??

#2. 9800SE!?!? Why in the hell did you get that. That is a severely crippled 9800Pro. Can you give us the brand and model number because you might have lucked out and got a softmodable one

#3. I assume your Memory is two sticks therefore running in Dual Channel Right?

#4. What drivers are you using for Video Card and Motherboard?

To answer your question it is very very low. With my 5900XT and Athlon XP i get well over 40,000.

1. Its supposed to be 400, but running at 333. I don't know why.
2. I got it over a year ago, and it was really cheap. Who the hell cares, I said it sucked and I need a new vid card.
3. Yes, the memory is dual channel
4. Catalyst 4.9, chipset has the most recent available on Abits website.

And no, you didnt answer my question. I know my score is low because of the video card. Aquamark gives a seperate GPU and CPU score. The CPU score shouldn't be effected by the video card, so what do you get on the CPU score?
