Aquagate Mini Installation / Foxconn WinFast Backplate Removal

I'm having trouble mounting my Aquagate Mini. I can't remove the backplate of my Foxconn WinFast! Maybe its something obvious and I'm just a moron, but its ticking me off. I have everything ready to mount my Mini, I've completed every step up to putting the thermal grease on. Anybody done this before? My kit didn't includ any tools either, like MaxPC said it would. I think I'm gonna stick to reading Brit mags now...
